Hi, my name is Tim and I am the Homesteading REALTOR® in East Tennessee. I am passionate about micro farming and I know how to identify good land to practice permaculture or regenerative farming techniques.
My wife and I began homesteading in Northern California in 2019. We had a micro farm where we processed our own chickens, ducks and turkeys while growing organic fruits, vegetables, and medicinal herbs. In 2022, we purchased land in the Appalachians and created another homestead, but this time we included dairy cows to fill a gap we identified in order to support our local community.
I am a West Point grad and Army Veteran who honed my negotiating skills in arguably the most competitive housing market in the nation. I was recognized as a top producing real estate agent in the SF Bay Area for 4 years in a row focusing on helping fellow veterans, first time home buyers, and sellers relocating for their careers. I know how to win for my clients, whether it's getting the best deal for my buyers, selling properties for top dollar, or identifying good property to grow food and build a homestead on.
